Cover Picture : The schematic depicts the experimental setup for in vivo imaging with a cranial window over the somatosensory cortex and a glass electrode containing agonist positioned in the molecular layer (50--80 μm deep). The cortex is immunolabeled with anti-tyrosine hydroxylase (red) showing the arborization of the Locus Coeruleus projections throughout the cortical layers.
