Cover Picture: Santorini is a beautiful island with breathtaking
views in the southern Cyclades in the Aegean Sea. A unique,
crescent shaped island was formed by an ancient volcanic
eruption that was said to have taken place in 1650 BC. This is
where developmental neurobiologists came in May 2005 to
discuss recent progress in cortical development. The photograph
